article 2007 Daylight Savings Time (DST) Changes

In North America, Daylight Savings Time officially changed in 2007.  As a result, many applications required updates to ensure that new time zone policies are followed correctly.

All up.time versions as of 4.4 should support new DST dates provided the appropriate OS patches have also been applied to the monitoring station system.
