Reports are useful when you need to pinpoint the source of a problem within you environment. With a report, you can visually analyze how individual critical resources - such as memory, CPU, and disk resources - are being consumed. To save/schedule a report follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Select the Date/Time range that you want to report on.
3. Select any report options.
4. Select the element or groups of elements you want to report on.
5. Under the "Save to My Portal As:" section, enter an informative name for the saved report.
6. Select the type of output (HTML/PDF/XML/Emailed PDF). HTML/PDF/XML options can only be scheduled as Published reports. The Email option can be used to send to a user or group of users.
7. Click the Save Report button.

You should now see the saved report under the My Portal tab.
