Does up.time support monitoring IVM?

Yes it does. In order to monitor the IVM, you would need to install the AIX agent with the -vio option. For example:
# ./install.sh -vio

Once installed, you would add this system as a VIO server via the Add System/Network device link in the up.time web interface.
