Is there any timeline for RHEL6 support for agents?
I'm running an evaluation in my test lab. Problem is, most of my test lab is currently on RHEL6.

Hi Moofrank,

Unfortunately at this time up.time does not officially support Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6. It is slated for support in the future, but at this time we can't provide you with a release date for a version of up.time which will include support.

That said, we have had some users report success installing the up.time agent using 'rpm -ivh --nodeps --force'. Without these switches, the install tends to fail however if forced to install the up.time agent does in fact return statistics. If running on a 64-bit vm, you'll also need the 32-bit library '/lib/ld-linux.so.2' on your system so up.time correctly reflects your licensing, which is provided by the glibc.i686 package on x86_64 systems.

Again operation is not officially supported, so you may run into some unexpected behavior, but it may work for you.

RHEL6 is now fully supported with the up.time 5.5 release.

Details on the release can be found here http://support.uptim.../?showtopic=561
