up.time is an intuitive and easy to use application that most clients are able to quickly install, set up and learn by simply browsing through the user interface, referencing the wide variety of materials and tips available from the up.time Resource Center, Knowledge Base, Help utility and online Support Site or by contacting [email protected] for guidance and technical assistance.
For clients that prefer a formal training experience and a more structured approach to learning about up.time, we offer live training sessions, which are available online or at the client's site. Standard training sessions include Getting to Know up.time and an up.time Administration Workshop. Customized training sessions are also available to enable clients to focus on the specific content that is most important to get up.time running in their environment and providing the exact desired functionality.
