To find which Virtual IO Server version is in use, run the following commands on the VIO Server command line:

 

$ ioslevel
1.3.0.0

$ oem_platform_level
AIX Version:
5.3.0.0

To find which HMC Server version is in use, run the following commands on the HMC command line:

hscroot@hostname:~> lshmc -V
"version= Version: 6
Release: 1.1
HMC Build level 20061103.1
","base_version=V6.1.0
