Error adding Windows agent: ErdcConfiguration.setExternal|
The up.time 5.3.1 Windows agent is only compatible with up.time monitoring station version 5.3.1 or later. Attempting to add this agent to an up.time monitoring station running an earlier version will report a Java stack trace error with the following first line:
* java.lang.NullPointerException at com.uptimesoftware.uptime.base.erdc.ErdcConfiguration.setExternal The resolution to this issue is to either update the monitoring station to the current up.time release (recommended) or use an earlier Windows agent until the monitoring station upgrade can be completed. |
