The following steps explain how to add currently Ignored ESX hosts or VM guests back into up.time for regular monitoring. This process is commonly desired when systems have been Ignored, typically in order to not exceed the number of available licenses. When a larger license is applied, use these steps to Remove select systems from the Ignored list.
Note: elements can also be Ignored, to free up licenses for other systems to be monitored, by checking them in the vCenter Inventory Detail page and clicking Add Selected Elements to Ignore. |
