article How do I stop a running report?

Reports that are running in the background (generally emailed or scheduled reports) can not be manually stopped prior to completion.

If stopping the report is absolutely required, you can stop and restart the up.time core. To do this, restart the up.time data collector service on your Windows monitoring station or the /etc/init.d/uptime_core service on your Linux or UNIX monitoring station.
