article Installing / Uninstalling the up.time Windows agent

The up.time Windows agent is a standard Windows installer executable so installation is as simple as double-clicking the agent install file and clicking Next a few times.

 

To install the Windows agent:

  1. Download the latest version of the agent from the uptime Support site and place it on the system that you want to monitor.
  2. Login to the system as a user with Local Administrative privileges.
  3. Double-click on the agent installer executable file.
  4. Follow the prompts from the installer to install the agent.

To uninstall the up.time Windows agent:

  1. Go to Add / Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Locate the up.time Agent in the program list and click Remove.
