article How do I save or schedule a report?

Reports are useful to help identify the source of a problem within your environment.  A report helps you to visually analyze how individual critical resources such as memory, CPU and disks are being consumed.

To save or schedule a report, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Select the date / time range that you want to report on.
  3. Select any report options.
  4. Select the element or groups of elements you want to report on.
  5. Under the Save to My Portal As: section, enter a descriptive name for the saved report.
  6. Select the desired output type (HTML, PDF, XML or emailed PDF).  Note that HTML, PDF and XML options can only be scheduled as Published reports.  The email option can be used to send to a user or group of users.
  7. Click the Save Report button.

After completing these steps you should be able to see the saved report(s) under the My Portal tab.
