article Windows agent msstdfmt.dll not registered

Problem: you receive the following message when you try to run the up.time agent admin console: Class not registered.

Root Cause: you need the MSSTDFMT.DLL file to be installed on your system.  This file should be included with the agent and is only used by the agent admin console so it does not affect agent functionality.
