Can outages be removed from SLA reports?|
No. SLA reports include all outages for services being measured by the SLA.
Maintenance periods can be counted as "uptime" in the SLA summary so this option can be used to limit the impact of uncontrollable outages by simply placing impacted monitors into maintenance mode shortly after they begin to fail. |
