article Port closes immediately on Unix agent

Problem: when you telnet to the Unix agent port, it opens and closes immediately.

Potential Cause: the hosts.allow file may be blocking the agent from running.

Resolution: add uptmagnt:ALL to the /etc/hosts.allow file.
